I have an older Mac laptop, a new PC and a new PC-based printer. How do I go about setting up a wireless network so both computers can use the printer? Hopefully, as inexpensively as possible.

I currently have 3 laptops and 1 computer which run on wireless, the main computer is the only one not with wireless. I want to set up a workgroup so i can acess all my computers hard drives while on a different laptop.? How would i do it please help!!

Probably a dumb question to alot of people, sorry!
Thinking of getting a laptop, how do wireless laptops work? Do you have to plug something in, can it be used so that more than one laptop can be connected to the internet at any one time? And can you just move round the house freely with the laptop?

We are installing cable modem in our home for the two laptops we have. I want to connect both laptops wirelessly. I just bought a wireless router. Is this enough? I assumed I just connect the cable modem to the wireless router and all should work fine. But do I need something else? Like an access point thing connected to the wireless router too?

I don’t have a desktop to create a wired broadband connection. Although I could do it with one laptop and use a router, is there a way to have an internet connection in my home allowing me to carry my laptops wherever I want? I have Optimum Online btw.
